Booking a Treatment

You can book your treatment online via our website, social media channels or by calling 0409267788. Appointments are available at my home treatment room in Molendinar, Gold Coast.

Arriving at your Appointment

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to prepare to start your treatment on time. If you are a new client, you will be required to complete paperwork prior to your first treatment.

If you are running late, please let me know by calling or texting me on 0409267788.

Please note arriving late will shorten treatment time.

There is ample parking on the street.

What to wear

Wear comfortable clothing as you will be lying down majority of the time.

You will be fully clothed for Gua Sha Facial and Reflexology (except footwear).

For the Head Massage I will need to access your upper back, shoulders, and neck, so I do ask for your top be removed, bra can remain on.  If this makes you uncomfortable, we can discuss other options.

Payment Options

I accept EFTPOS, bank transfer (PayID or Osko) or cash.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

I understand you may sometimes have to cancel your appointment due to illness or personal circumstances. I ask that 24 hours’ notice be given to cancel or reschedule your appointment to allow your appointment time to be filled.  If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment you will forfeit your deposit.  If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for your service.

Health and Safety

Hygiene & cleanliness is a top priority at Earth Body Balance Therapies.  All surfaces are cleaned between clients.  Fresh Towels are used for each client.

Please do not visit if any of the following apply;

  • If you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
  • If you have tested positive to COVID-19 or awaiting test results
  • If you have symptoms of illness including fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath.
